"What will be remembered most about this donor’s visits is his infectious optimism. He was enthusiastic about all interactions with staff and took time to check in with members of the team. He has a wide smile which brightens his whole face; his face is oval-shaped, and he has kind brown eyes and thick black hair. Apart from his friendly personality, one of the most noticeable things about this donor is his love of physical activity. A keen cyclist, he would arrive at the clinic by bike, and he would share stories from triathlons he had competed in. After witnessing this passion, it is unsurprising that he chose to pursue a career in fitness as well. His decision to donate was influenced by seeing a family member be able to start a family of their own through fertility treatment".
