Dear Customer,

At this difficult time we would like to assure you that despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, London Sperm Bank sales and customer services continue to operate and are here to assist you.

Please continue to call our customer service number 020 3826 3217 or email us on LSBCustomerservice@londonspermbank.com if you have any queries regarding donor sperm purchase or sibling sperm reservation requests.

In light of the current climate, we have made a few changes listed below. We continue to review and update these regularly.

  • All new orders placed via our online catalogue as well as any existing orders awaiting dispatch will be stored free of charge from the date of purchase, when ordered before the 30 June 2020.
  • We continue to process all catalogue orders as normal. Once we receive your order a slot of the chosen donor will automatically be assigned to you; therefore, you need not worry about losing your selected donor. We will send you the consent form to complete and return back to us.
  • As soon as we are given permission to resume our operations from the HFEA ( our regulatory body) all orders processed will have their dispatch arranged with treating clinics.
